Floating the Boat

Did you know that none of your $15 annual registration fee stays with our local council? The cost of supporting one Scout is $250 per year, if you divide our annual budget by the number of Scouts registered in our council.

All of the items above the water line represent what most of us believe to be areas where our Friends of Scouting dollars should be spent. All of the items listed below the water line are just as important and are costs that are not seen but are required to operate a successful council.

Why Give?

Your contribution makes you part of a team. Collectively, we are the council. The fun experiences your Scout enjoys are made possible through your selfless giving. Without your donation, we cannot maintain four beautiful facilities, operate a convenient service center, offer insurance, track advancement, or provide the great service from 11 full time staff dedicated to you and your family.
